Creating a goal
- Navigate to the Goals section
- Click "New Goal"
- Describe what you want to achieve
- Break it into milestones and track your progress

- Be specific: Instead of "get healthier," try "exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes"
- Set a timeline: Give yourself a realistic deadline
- Connect to values: Understand why this goal matters to you
- Review regularly: Use the built-in review feature to track progress
